Often customers visiting the website need quick answers to some of their questions when planning to hire a marquee for the first time. How does the pricing work?
You are charged for a minimum three day hire rate and a maximum of five days. For e.g. your marquee will usually be installed a day before your event and taken down a day after. Additional periods are available at requests for a small surcharge per additional day. Long term hire periods are also available; please contact us on 07960463795 for a quotation.
Do you just supply marquees?
No. We can supply a variety of accessories for your event, including furniture, lighting, heating and flooring etc. We can also arrange catering, marquee decoration and theme parties upon request. Please refer to our Accessories section.
What happens if my floor is not level?
Four Seaons Marquees would recommend our commercial wooden floor which will guarantee and uncompromising finish.
What is the difference between lined and unlined marquees?
Lined marquees are more luxurious and are an essential element of a traditional wedding-style marquee. With unlined marquees, the side walls and marquee structure are fully visible, making them more suitable for corporate or casual events.
How and when do I pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit (£200 minimum) is required to confirm any booking. The deposit amounts will be deducted from the final balance. Full outstanding amount is paid on the DELIVERY day of your marquee after the staffs have assembled your marquee.
When should I make my reservations?
Please book as early as possible, especially for the busy summer (April to October) and Christmas periods.
What about changes in my order?
Additions changes are welcome subject to availability. Small modifications to the booking prior to delivery can be accommodated.
Is there a charge for delivery/collection?
Delivery/collection charges are included in all quotation.
What type of service can I expect when my marquee is delivered?
The type of service you can expect when we our staff arrive is a professional and courteous one. We are friendly and efficient and always welcome any suggestions or modifications that the customer may have in mind before we commence the work. We promise to be in and out of your premises without causing any disruption.
What is my responsibility for equipment return?
The responsibilities of the customer is to ensure that all hired equipment is used in an appropriate manner and due care and attention is exercised during the hire period. Any catering equipment that is hired must be returned in its original condition, for example all plates cleaned etc.
What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?
We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items. All equipment is the responsibility of the hirer for the duration of the hire period. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather.
Do you have a Public Liability Insurance?
Customers can be rest assured that we have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
What happens if the weather is bad or unpredictable?
Four Seasons Marquees uses high quality commercial structure, so your event will not be affected by the weather. (please note marquees are temporary structure and are affected by winds in excess of 60pmh. Four seasons marquee will always assemble the marquee when it is safe to do so, the safety of our customers is priority).
